DAKOTA CLASSIC MODIFIED TOUR RACE TRACKS AND LOCATIONS

July 8, 2007 - Nodak Speedway in Minot, ND.
Minot is a city of 35,000 people in north central part of the state and home to a large U.S. Air Force base nearby. The track is located on the ND State Fairgrounds which has seating capacity of 6,000. The Nodak Speedway is the oldest club run racetrack in the United States and one of the three original Tour tracks. Tour races here over the years have been a staple of modified fans since 1990!

July 9, 2007 - Estevan Motor Speedway in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada. Estevan is a bustling city of 15,000 residents just north of the US-Canadian border and 100 miles from Minot. The track is a beautiful, newer 3/8 mile facility with seating for over 3,000 and some great race fans who love modifieds! The five previous Tour events held here were capacity plus for fans and great car counts.

July 10, 2007 - Williston Basin Speedway in Williston, ND. Williston is a quick 90 miles from Estevan and home to 15,000 people. The track is located on the Upper Missouri Valley Fairgrounds and is a big 1/4 mile facility. The track has seating for over 3,000 fans and this event is one of their largest events of the year.


July 11, 2007 - Southwest Speedway in Dickinson, ND. Dickinson is 125 miles south of Williston through some of the best scenery in North Dakota. The tight 1/4 mile track is 10 miles south of town, with two unique seating areas that hold 2,500 spectators. The track has been re-configured this year with numerous improvements for fans and drivers alike! This event is Dickinson's largest of the year, so expect to see some great racing.

July 12 & 13, 2007 - Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, ND. Mandan is the twin sister to Bismarck in the south central part of the state. The Mandan-Bismarck metro area has over 85,000 residents. The club run track is located in a beautiful park-type setting with elevated seating for 4,000 spectators. This state-of-the-art 3/8 mile high bank track was one of the original Tour stops dating back to 1990.
